Team Building Retreats
There’s no better way to bond and grow with your peers or co-workers than getting off-the-beaten path in a beautiful part of the country and becoming one with nature for a few days. We provide all that you need for a truly epic experience: Professional Guides, Transportation, Meals, Water, Climbing Gear, Tents, Safety Gear, and Activities.
Take on challenges each day as you hike, explore, climb, scramble, and rappel through gorgeous Moab terrain. Nighttime is a time to reflect on the day around a campfire, looking up at more stars than one can imagine. We will suggest the right canyon and tour group package for a memorable team-building experience and challenging day for the participants. Mike and his team at MCT put together a full week (Saturday to Saturday) custom climbing, canyoneering, and adventure experience for a group of 15 high school students and two adult chaperones. They took care of all logistics, including meals, camping, two nights of hotel reservations, rental vans...basically everything except for the flights. A truly all inclusive experience! Mike was incredibly committed to creating an amazing and meaningful experience for our students, and working within our school's budget, schedule, and administrative needs. Our guides were fantastic with the kids, acting not only as guides, but educators as well. I highly recommend MCT to create a custom experience for any size group or length of time.
